Refund & Return Policy
At TruSatva, your sleep and satisfaction matter to us. We've created a fair and transparent return policy that allows you to try our Sleep Ritual while ensuring the product isn't misused.
1. 7-Day Taste & Experience Guarantee (Opened Products)
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to try the product and decide if it's right for you.
To qualify for an opened-product return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trusatva.com
- Once your request is approved, you will have 7 days to ship the product back
- You must return all remaining sachets/capsules
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method
Opened items cannot be returned or refunded after 7 days of delivery.
This policy ensures you can genuinely try the product while preventing month-long "free trials."
2. 30-Day Returns for Unopened Products
If your product is unopened, unused, and sealed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Email support@trusatva.com to initiate the return
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund will be issued once the unopened product is returned and inspected
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to try a different flavor or product, you may return your unopened item within 30 days and place a new order once the return is approved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened items after the 7-day window
- Items missing original or remaining contents
- Products purchased outside our official website
- Subscription orders that have already shipped
- Gift cards or promotional items
6. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund
7. Abuse & Fraud Protection
To ensure fairness for all customers, TruSatva reserves the right to decline:
- Repeated opened-product returns
- Suspicious refund patterns
- Returns inconsistent with our policies

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (for opened returns)
We'll respond with full return instructions.
